It's whatever you want it to be.

From this angle, I would have to agree with you...

Tags mean nothing if it's tagged incorrectly. On what assurance do you have that it is so?

Is it wrong that I find the ambiguous gender of this character more hot than if I knew the gender for sure?

well, it does get you thinking about differing scenarios for both genders

Actually, accord to the posting rules, what one SEES in the picture is what gets tagged, not the artist's interpretation.

Bottom left "Mushi" http://e621.net/post/show/41725/drugs-female-foreshortening-multi_nipple-mushi-mus and http://e621.net/post/show/63544/canine-couple-duo-dyke-female-flower-glasses-gradi That's my input on that subject...

But if you notice, both of those pictures have differences from this one. They could very well be different characters all together. My input on this subject is the artist is being androgynous on purpose as a way to let everyone fulfill their desires and fighting over it is meaningless. You, mister Fisk, think it's a cute girl. I, however, find it as an attractive boy.

    I just wanted to ask:

    Can females really "crossdress"?

Girls crossdress daily. traditionally in almost all cultures women wore dresses so the fact that they wear jeans and teeshirts mean they are technically crossdressing and since it has become a cultural norm people forget that technically that is crossdressing.

Crossdressing is a cutural construct, and women wearing trousers is a cultural norm in western society, so how can it be crossdressing?

Wouldn't it be like calling men who wear kilts crossdressers?

Technically, a kilt was designed for its purposes. Jeans/trousers/shorts and so on and so forth were never meant to be worn by women.

Men have been wearing kilts a lot longer than women have worn trousers. Considering ones purpose was for men, the latter wasn't, it is crossdressing. :x
