It's ODST--has the chest plating.

Yeah. The legs and arms seem Mk. VI'ish, but the chest plate doesn't have the same backpack and shoulder straps. The helmet looks a bit like the Mk. V's.

Then again, it could be completely non-Halo related.

You should check out bungie.net or halo wiki as they have good odst armor pics. ^^ i used that as reference for artist and look exactly like odst armor to me.
