Excellent pixel_art

Eh, there are a few bits I could see as pixel_art, but the majority of this seems to match the category 'polished oekaki' far better.

Personally, I would also suggest that JPEG images such as this necessarily fail to be pixel art, since the pixels are automatically and unavoidably mangled by the jpeg encoding process. I went looking for a PNG version but didn't find one (the source has a filename ending in .png, but unfortunately that, too, is actually a JPEG)
