April 10th: The bill has been vetoed!
April 2nd: The politicians in Arizona are about to sign into law a bill that would mandate sites like e621 to either impose age verification on all users or be at a risk of lawsuits. Such system would be required to go through third party vendors, who in turn must go through a government database to verify every user's age. This is not only a major violation of privacy, but it also opens up a very real danger of identity theft through phishing schemes and other methods, not to mention that we would not be able to control any of that information to make sure it is permanently deleted after age verification is complete.
Unfortunately, Arizona is the state out of which e621 operates, which means that this law will almost certainly affect us if it is to pass. If want to help us ensure that this site can continue to serve you without being required to know who you are, please ask the Arizona governor to veto this bill.
Please, help us get the word out by letting others know about this issue.

MemberHmmm..... FNaF RPG? Mechanic by day, caretaker buy night. You play a minigame where you had to fix them when they broke each other playing rough games at night, but during the night time they turned come to life and get to hang out with the one that cares for and fixes them when they get too playful. You get to walk around the building and interact with the Bots by talking and playing little games with them until 6:00 am, then you fix them up before the place opens for business. At that point you do whatever your person would do out of work and we resume them playable parts of the game when we wake up in the employee lounge.
I can see the game starting with the player having to fix a bot later than usual and it coming to life while you where working on them. You both freak out (the bot because they're in pieces and you for them coming to life) and after they start crying you either comfort them (and continue the game) or you run away screaming (Early end: you vow never to put off work ever again)...... I want this now.
