    TWYS rules say that character names are an exception, and should be tagged from the source as long as there's nothing visible that conflicts with what the source (artist or commissioner) is saying.

    If that rule is no longer in effect, you should update the wiki.

    Niggas, I added the tail for the specific reason of it not being mistaken for some other blue pony or causing tag arguments like on my other pic. It's Trixie.

    The rule is very much still in effect. This post should keep the character tag.
