Not in this picture, and that would cause them to appear oddly elevated. Not my favorite, but I'm not complaining either.

Very true, just doesn't seem right though.

Clearly it's a pair of visors. Or use contacts, problem solved! :)

Also find the cutaway nicer than the rest of the pic, never been much for full profile shots, albeit well drawn. A nice perspective view always gives some more depth to the picture.
