That never happened, and is widely believed because of Did You Know Gaming.

They never had the need to replace their legs due to the fact they have G-Diffusers in their Arwings. If needing to replace their legs is a problem, they have a lot more to worry about than just their legs. All in all, it's a case of G-Diffuser fixes everything.

Incorrect, the G-Diffuser is the Arwing's reactor, not artificial gravity system.

Besides, it's known to fail when the plot demands.

Actually you're wrong, the NTD-fx1 engine is the arwing's "reactor", the g-diffuser is its antigravity system.

They never cut off their legs or any of that stupid shit. That has never been stated in any game manual or player guide. People don't know what they're talking about when they mention "preventing bloodloss."

besides, the body compensates for the lack of limbs. It doesn't produce blood for places that don't exist anymore and thus don't need it. So removing your legs from the knee down would... Really do jack shit for you.

However, regulating the pressure and flow, as modern suits do? That works.

In beta, they did. But when they finalized it, it was changed to the team wearing special boots for the arwings
