By no means is this picture bad enough to deserve a score of -4. There's just no excuse for this kind of behavior. Just because it isn't the dull-colored furry porn you're used to seeing here doesn't mean you should form a gang of haters just to hate on it.

It's downvoted because it's generic postures with no depth to body models and it looks like someone forgot how to use anything on Sai painttool but the fill tool and the vector tool. Never use solid circles in a drawing there are no solid circles in nature it just looks silly and obnoxious. Also I'm 99% sure the font in this picture is Comic Sans so that's a sin on it's own.

The first time I've ever heard Comic Sans being a bad thing, especially on a comic. "Solid circles"? I don't see any. Round, yes. Solid, no. AND you assume this was "Sai painttool"? This is sounding a bit half-baked. If you ask me, this appears to be prejudice against cartoon art. The first comment wasn't very far off.

unless were abiding by certain philosophies of thought or quantum physics, just because you haven't seen something doesn't mean it isn't there. Just like John Cena.

There's nothing wrong with hating my art. I'm a cartoon artist, I expect that from people. Besides, this is just a practice pic, it wasn't going to be much anyway. You should be "hating" on my other stuff. Most of it's better than this.

Or prejudice against flat no effort line art with the fill tool to add some basic color.
