I find the questioning about the gender reasonable enough for the ambiguous_gender tag. If what you see is a species with a gender you're not sure about and contains no further evidence or indications, then we should tag it like that. Right?

Ambiguous should only be tagged if there are mixed signs or no indication of gender at all. If the character looks feminine, tag it as female. Even if all you see is the head.
