Not exactly...She nearly died from a magical attack that left her spirit damaged, so an experimental magic ritual was performed to let her copy pieces of her brother's spirit into the holes left by the attack. Among the pieces copied was gender...so technically speaking, she really IS a guy on the inside...

Though it still doesn't Change her Gender just because her spirit has a dick, it is the same thing as women who have "Phantom Dicks" which they often get turned on by (For some reason). So she is still a She, just she has a phantom dick.

Actually, gender and sex are two different things. He's a female, no doubt about that, but gender is not a physical thing. It's in the mind, making him a guy. (Internet social rules: Always refer to people by what they present themselves as.) Being that Natani is a female guy, you should refer to him as a him, but everyone will say "her" to be less confusing.
