Actually I'm friends of a few female-toµale transsexuals who are heavy chested. With a good Ace bandage, Underarmor sports shirt, and then a loose shirt (which is accurate, since most guys don't wear tight clothes), even the heaviest chest can be covered. Having bad posture and slumped shoulders will hide them even more. So, as far as covering the chest is concerned, with a few month's experience and a handful of bandages, it's easily possible.

You have to be REALLY careful about binding with an ACE bandage. I have a friend who bound with one every day through high school, and he messed up his rib-cage with it.
