I don't know if there's a back story to this already,but I'd like to think she is someone of power, like a warrior princess or something, and this dragon is her servant, whom she is sparring with in a sexually playful manner, and this is the end of the sparring session and the intentionally cheesy interaction goes something like this:
Feline: "I hath bested you foul beast."
Dragon: "Oh no, 'tis true. In all my wisdom I never could have foreseen such decisive defeat. Oh Mighty princess please have mercy."
Feline: "There is only one thing more valuable than your hide."
