I'm under the impression that when "furries" come into mating season, their internal organs shift to allow for expansion of the womb and vagina in general , thus allowing them to take much, MUCH larger male partners.

this has come about over the generations as larger males were the alpha male, meaning only females able to handle the large size were bread, leading to their offspring to be able to take larger.

the Real life inspiration for this comes from the mating rituals of the Lamprey
