I don't know too much about Jasonafex aside from his stuff being kind of flash-y tween-y (which makes sense, given a lot of his animations seem to work from already-finished images), but Orange does do frame-by-frame animation, yeah. Sketches all the frames first, then adds color afterward. He streams every so often, if those interest you at all!

No pun intended, but the animation seems a bit stiff. It's good, though. Just needs some movement in a few places which hardly any is present.
