She has a vagina and a penis. What makes you think that if those are both present, ovaries and testicles can't be both present? Or that the cell hasn't been implanted in her beforehand? (Only an assumption because it's not mentioned in the image.)

Basic science tells us? But then again Herms that have both sets of genitals fully developed are nearly an impossibility as well. Since most real life "herms" usually have only one set of genitals be developed and fully functional while the other set is really just a skin mutation or at least small and non-functional.

So I guess in a way, Artica's mere existence throws all science out the window so why not have them be able to get preggers as well.

It's possible to have functional reproductive organs from both genders. It's just very very very very very unlikely to happen in a mammal.

Those "herms" aren't herms. They're intersexed. Slugs are hermaphrodites and fertile both ways. I don't know any other species with hermaphrodite members, but I do know that hermaphrodites are completely absent in our species unless you want to use slang in science, at which point you are using useless and broken language.

Intersexed humans also do not have a clitoris AND penis, but a single organ that ranges from clitoral to penile in structure. Furry herms have both most of the time.
