For those curious, this was on a recent episode of South Park called 'Crippled Summer'. In the episode a shark whistle had to be blown underwater to call a shark to kill Jimmy. However it was blown OUTSIDE the water, forcing the water on land to rape whatshisname on two separate occasions.
