    I'm guessing Scarlet is an unlockable character? I don't remember any foxes in Armello, but I did only play a game or two of it.

    DLC character. The Bandit clan was suppose to be exclusive to Kickstarter backers, but we took a vote and it was decided to make it a timed DLC. More info: http://tiny.cc/4p8p3x

    Well, 3 months and the fox clan are still not available for Armello on Steam. Only DLC from there is the soundtrack. Shame :/

    Give it some more time. The official word is that the team is going to release the Bandit clan and other content that was formerly exclusive to backers either around or with the iOS release.
