Almost every hyena pic I see on this site, they're herms. I prefer female hyenas but they are few and far in between. I guess genpop doesn't agree with me.

Thats because every hyena have actually a dick, females don't have a vagina. They both have dicks and they look almost the same. Apparently only difference is the size of the penis. They are actually that similar that in japanese zoo they tried mating 2 male hyenas for 2 or 3 years before realizing that they both were males.
