Description

While you wait for the 3rd installment to Li Li and her quest to prove just how Little of a Cumdump she is, do enjoy this!
Only after designing the background, did I realise I have a shadowy urge to put Pandas of All Kinds in Cellars.

  • Seeing absolute zero resemblance or anything pointing to the character "Li-Li Stormstout"... so I'll just remove that tag.

There's this thing called "Tag what you SEE"... unless you want to put this into a pool, this picture strictly looks nothing like Li-Li Stormstout... else we might as well be tagging all female black and white pandaren with long hair as her...

Lol...you totally don't understand the tagging guidelines here. Tag What you see has the caveat of also being "tag with intelligence". If we only tag what we see then you can make the argument that any character does not look enough like their original to be considered that character. (Their eyes are the wrong color, their hair is the wrong color, their nose is too big, their horns are too short, etc.) So I will ask you to stop tag warring this...the art is established, the character is established, the source even states it as Li Li.

Yeah, I'm sure you're the sort of person that would tag a character in if you only saw the foot... simply because you got innate 'knowledge' it's that character...

    "Source states it is ..."

Who gives a damn what the source states, the damn logic is WHAT YOU SEE on this site... and this picture has absolutely ZERO resemblance... but whatever.

Is that blood underneath the blindfold or a lighting effect?

Its part of her facial coloration...you can see it in previous images as well.

LOL...again you are just showing how ignorant you are about the tagging guidelines here. There is Tag What You See but it's Tag With Intelligence, which you can't seem to grasp. Just move along. A mod should pass a ruling soon.

The source may not be a valid confirmation, but it carries a great deal of weight when you are considering things like a Character or Species. If the source says a character is a Herm though and you cannot see both genitals then it is not a herm here...because that is tagging with intelligence and tagging what you see.

Nice coming up with your own guidelines ain't it... the twys mentions absolutely nothing of your aforementioned "tagging with intelligence" (there's is no "obviousness" here), other than explicitly stating to tag only what you see.

But I guess you just feel privileged here to overlook the actual guidelines.

Anyone doing a search for "Li-Li Stormstout" would get this as a result, that has absolutely zero resemblance to her... but you've "tagged with intelligence" right?

I'll let a mod resolve it anyhow.

external knowledge is allowed to be used while tagging character names. source states clearly that this is Li-Li Stormstout and character's species and hairstyle matches the character's.

    Exception for character names only:
You may use an OFFICIAL external source of information (the artist, commissioner, or character owner's gallery/website) when tagging a character name ONLY under the following conditions:

    1) The external source of information is the artist, commissioner, or character owner's own words on their own gallery or website.
    2) The post must have at least SOME evidence of the claimed character and can not have any evidence that CONFLICTS with what the external source is saying (e.g. a post can't be tagged "Character A" just because the external source says so, when the post does not actually contain any evidence of "Character A", or in fact looks more like "Character B" instead.) Again, there must be at least SOME evidence that the character is who it's claimed to be, but it does not have to be definitive proof.

Mutisija above is right, we do have an exception for character names. If the artist says it's character X and nothing in the image goes against it (within artistic freedom) then it gets the character tag. This one is borderline but still close enough to be Li Li.
