Update (with stuff I just learned): They have penises that are curled around into a shape similar to a pinched-shut half-pipe, or a taco. Instead of us who have a tube running through ours, their shape naturally forms into sort of a tube/hollow but it's not completely sealed.

(So what you're seeing there is the crease where the half-pipe joins and pinches.)
