No, looking in the bottom left it's pretty clear from the glare (that is glare, right?) that that is indeed water.

At first glance this is fine, but after I looked closer, something is incredibly wrong with her ass. Either her left cheek is really long, or her left leg is somehow behind and lower than the rest of her body. I don't really understand it. =/

I think they need to work on perspective a little more. It looks like the ocean is going up instead of out.

If you look closely its snowing so I'm guessing those are clouds and not a tidal wave, someone put snow it the tags, I'm somewhat new and I'm bad with tags so... :s
