Teaser images or non-commercial works are allowed by Softpaw.

Teaser being either the front cover or like a single page. As long as the full comic isn't being posted, it's allowed.

Hm? It's only the title page; no porn or anything. I would think that would fall under the teaser category. As long as the whole comic isn't posted it should be fine.
