    Jeez, why're people so insistant on downvoting me for stating my opinions? For heaven's sake, I LOVE this image, so what's so wrong about stating a few opinions?

    The reason why people responded so negatively is because of the entitled air that surrounded your comment. Probably not ill intended by any means, but opinions are personal and suggesting a change in this fantastic artwork to only cater to your (or select few, otherwise) interests may come off as a bit selfish.

    It's not about opinions or not, it's about how the comment came across to other people. Showing respect and satisfaction to work that's already relevant to your interests is better than "I like this work, but I know how it can be even more appealing to me personally" was a bit of a vain choice to say.

    Don't take it to heart, the furry scene is full of incredibly toxic people should you ever dare make a criticism. This includes mods and admins on this site.

    Similar thing happened to one of my comments on Imgur. I just stated that I find Abridged series obnoxious, and that got downvoted to -19 points...
