Yes clearly, you see the line on Joanna (the middle one) yeah, those are her balls. As the commissioner, I can outright tell you that they're both dickgirls, and that Nepeta was meant to be a herm.

@parasprite: Sorry to bother you again but there appears to be some disagreement here about the dickgirl/dickgirl tag.

Although the perineum and scrotal septum are sometimes emphasized with darker lines (judging by the balls in the middle character, this may have been the intention) it also is fairly common to have pussies drawn with very simple lines. The labia and scrotum also tend to resemble each other because they are developmentally analogous (as a fetus, the labioscrotal fold will either split to form the labia or connect to form the scrotum).

That being said, since the way they are drawn makes it look more like a pussy than balls, this will be treated like a pussy and tagged accordingly.

Left: +pussy +feminine body = female
Middle: +penis +feminine body -pussy = dickgirl
Right: +pussy +feminine body = female

Except for the fact I can tell you, right now, and have mentioned it already, that the character is a dickgirl, her own player has said she's a dickgirl. Also at this point, you're now saying that Freckles can't draw well enough. It's completely obvious that this is a follow-up to post 733337 (I just can't get the site to tag a pool) so if you all wish to remain rather ignorant, then screw this all, take these pictures down.

I was hoping I didn't have to write an essay for once, but it seems like I was wrong. Oh well...

No one here is saying that Freckles) can't draw. We are also not ignorant. Quite the opposite, actually, we're simply trying to abide by the site's rules, including its tagging policy.

The Tag What You See rule explicitly states that any tag that is present on a post must be directly verifiable on the post itself. Exceptions to use outside information are only made for the name of the artist, the year the artwork was created in, and the name of any obvious characters present on the artwork. There is also a special exception for character names (well-known or not), but that's it. outside information cannot be used to tag gender, species, etc. Artist's / character owner's statement (like comment #2216755), submission page on another site (like the source link), another post (related or not; like post #733337), and even the post description itself, these are all considered to be outside information, and as such, cannot be used to justify a tag.

I have read through the various tagging guides, and the best part is that some pictures get tagged genders for bullshit reasons, and for outside info (everything MLP related).
I've already submitted a takedown request because Kaylee (the owner of the in-dispute character) no longer wants this picture here.
And as has already been stated, it can be verifiable, you just choose not to see it as the correct thing because it looks vague. If you want, I can find you examples I've personally seen that get gender tagged from outside info.
Personally, I don't give a crap anymore, I want this picture gone now.

The tags are for the search system, it is for finding artwork that visibly matched what is searched for. Or blocking such images.
Someone looking for dickgirls is going to want to see an actual dick on one of the girls, same for herms.
The tags are not an insult, they are not there to "label a character this or that" it's simply for the search function.
If it's such a big problem the true gender can always be explained in.the description, that's what it's for. Can always put "my character us a dickgirl, but due to e621 tagging rules I have to put female, if you want to know more about ___ go here ___" and put in a link.

Mlp is tagged as male or female dependant on the muzzle shape since there is little else to go by other than genitals. And even then the muzzle shape plays a part. Same goes for charr and other "problem" species.

As I pointed out to dracar is not about open mindedness, and you might take a leaf from your own post... not every site is going to have the same rules. And by removing it you lessen the amount of people who are able to enjoy the artwork. All because you can't stick a few letters on the tags.
The other series has no value when tagging on here. If it did the site would devolve into anarchy and chaos...nothing would be easily found or located by tags alone.
As for the balls. I honestly do not see it, I see cum dripping down a leg/thigh...not balls.
