Actually not true. The knot is always there, it just swells significantly larger when tied, but so does the rest of the penis, so it stays pretty well scaled through the whole encounter.

Is it bad that this whole time I've been voicing lust with envy from Full metal alchemist? Its really creepy, but the expressions kinda match so it kinda just... happened.

Everytime I see kuroodod's eeveelutions I think of FMA, so I guess it's pretty much normal.

that's not entirely true either, if i understand correctly what you have in mind.
a knot is not some separate part of their penis, it swells up together with the rest of it during erection.
it's just they come shortly after getting an erection (and tying the female), which happens after the insertion.

If you saw the introduction to these characters you would see that Karma is a part of the group. Sam included. Those two weren't sins yet they were accepted. So karma is a vaporeon and Sam is the eevee.
