  • Well... according to feminists, if sexual act somewhat differs from the terms previously agreed upon, this is now rape. Oops indeed.

Ah, yes, the good old straw man fallacy. Nice.

I'm sorry, you must misunderstand the meaning of rape. If I don't agree with something happening during sex, or tell you to stop, or not do something, and you do; its rape. Grow up. Only 13 year olds have the mentality you do. Just so you're aware, rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration perpetrated against a person without that person's consent. Its not a sentiment developed by feminists, its one that is understood by any mature, functioning member of society.

Strawman: an informal fallacy based on giving the impression of refuting an opponent's argument, while actually refuting an argument which was not advanced by that opponent.

Yup, pretty much what that person was doing. Maybe you don't know what it is?

But actual feminists have said that...

No one has said you have to get specific "Yes, I am willing to do such and such" agreements on things or it's rape. Give me a break. No reasonable person would expect that.

Right, no one's saying you have to get a signed consent before any sexual act or something, which is what these people try to imply. It's common sense. If someone looks uncomfortable or says no, you don't do it, or make absolutely sure they're okay before proceeding.

Precisely! I agree 100%. Besides, typing up a contract, printing it, signing it, and getting somebody to officiate it kinda kills the mood. :P (P.S. Have an upvote.)

Sadly actual people, who claim to be feminists, are going around and saying that you need to get signed consent before any sexual act, or moving on to a sexual act, doing something which was not initially agreed upon, as well or getting verbal consent before doing any thing, also I saw you call them a strawman, you are also committing another informal fallacy by stating 'It's common sense' but I forget what it's called, and I hate the type of sex you're talking about people having.

People all have different ways of dealing with boredom, and some of that happens to be arguing about what's actually rape or not which, to be honest, isn't that bad of a use of one's time.
