JanitorNope, this isn't anaglyph.
Red/blue edges are visible only at some parts of the image, not a single mention of image being stereoscopic/anaglyph/3D/anything similar on sources (FA or Inkbunny), colors aren't optimized for anaglyph and if this actually were an anaglyph, every object would be at same depth (e.g. that leafs or rock which should be near and tree or pony at the back which should be far are at same plane because they have exact same amount of red/cyan on the edges).
This means artist simply used chromatic_aberration filter, it's not anaglyph.
I have been taking away anaglyph and stereogram tags from post you have falsely added it for few times now :|
