Description
Over the black friday week I decided to grab a small watercolor course since it was on sale 'n stuff. I'm still going through it, but I decided I felt more like trying out a painting than studying today.
The course is actually about painting humans/portraits (Bleh) but technique is technique, so it's still a good way to learn stuffs. I had to figure out the fur texture on my own but I think I did okay there. Actually relatively pleased with this... it's got a few issues but I was expecting a lot worse when I started this, haha.
Lemme know your thoughts, folks! For the sake of credit, here's the picture I used as a ref. https://imgur.com/nKnjBiT

MemberDetail can be the death of an amateur artist.
Find a medium you can get cozy with, practice, and perfect. Watch a lot of animation (specifically Don Bluth, Disney, Dreamworks, and Miyazaki) to understand how things can be drawn by others. Buy a few art books that get you through the basics, and most importantly, go to YouTube and look up "The Joy of Painting". The artist in that show, Bob Ross, can make a breathtaking landscape in well under 45 minutes.
It's mesmerizing.
Or don't bother doing any of that, download google paint, and appeal to odd fetishes on deviantart for profit,
