Last time i seen that absurd filesize, it was in school, when idiots tried to make fotos for their projects and simply ramped up the size on the camera to max, cause they had NO IDEA how big that would end - and put it into their word dokuments... 300megabite with some text in between - they tried to open those with windows 2000... and it crashed! ha.

Yup, that what happens when you shoot in RAW. You get stupid Huge images.
