Description

I have been having too much fun with my new glowing technique. EVERYTHING IS FUCKIN' GLOWIN'! I liked how this turned out. It almost looks like he's under a blacklight.

    thats not what a sergals head looks like.
    Its not as round as that.
    Also the glowing is obnoxious and the image is very hard to look at, since it is so bright.
    Not trying to be rude.

    It's actually not as bad as some of the people are making it out to be. The outlines are a little shaky and the eye a little bit too long but other than that it's pretty good.
