BlockedWhy is no one dancing with the cutest girl at the party?
user 159985
MemberThere all scared to dance with cute girls. Like in middle school where all dances in the beginning were just one side of boys and the other side were the girls.
mrowl
MemberShe's severely autistic and has no idea how to functionally communicate with other furries. She says awkward things, and even if she looks nice, and isn't a bad person, she's not very sociable, and generally makes too many social blunders to want to dance with.
This is just a fan-theory.
MobianX
BlockedWhat makes you think she's severely autistic? For that matter why do you think that's the reason why she's not being social?
coyotebear
PrivilegedShe looks shy, and maybe a bit awkward;
this means most fellas wanting to chat it up with the opposite sex will gravitate towards the more sociable and outgoing girls.
Also, knowing a bit of Vera's story, the snooty-bitch-club to the right are likely the ones who bully her at school, and they would probably do whatever they could to ruin Vera's night.
These are not so good reasons that no one is dancing with the cutest girl at the party, and it is really their loss, not hers.
MobianX
BlockedI'm one of the shiest guys anyone will ever meet, and I'd gladly go over and ask to dance with her. No one that sweat and innocent looking should be alone at a party that she clearly was allowed to come to.

MemberPeople harshly tease and bully her, probably because she's done things that have been awkward. The sort of weird things that bullies love to mock people for. She's not a strong person. She's shy and vulnerable, and it's most certainly due to her inability to effectively communicate.
Kyubii
MemberBeing bullied, shy, or less social does not immediately equal autistic.
That's traits or occurrences that almost anyone can have, don't just jump immediately on a severe disorder.
Almost without doubt I can pin this all on her classmates just being written as Assholes.

BlockedShe did/ does awkward things and isnt very sociable? - Wow, sounds like me Must hug ( ^^) /) /)

MemberI think you're wrong, and then right.
Yes, those people mocking her are assholes. The most callous, cruel sort of assholes. They are mocking a poor mentally handicapped girl. But like many autistic people, such as Newton or Tesla, perhaps even Elon Musk, or even some people on this very website, she likely has amazing talents, and is probably very friendly and kind once you get to know her.
There's nothing wrong with being autistic. Downvoting me for saying a single furry character, known for being bad with people and being bullied, has autism, just gives the impression that you would be less attracted to her if she DID have autism. And that's just being shallow and cruel.
D4rk is right. Just because she's awkward and bad with people doesn't make her bad at all, or a mean person, or even an unattractive person. I betcha D4rk is an awesome furry too, even if s/he is awkward or not too sociable.

MemberOkay, lemme woah you up right there, Hoss. Nowhere does it state the character in question has any disorders, you're running off pure speculation right now. After reading this, it seems more like you're trying to publicly put your head canon and personal desires to another artist's character. That's frowned upon by most users here, if you haven't gathered.
After a quick yet thorough researching, I'm fairly confident to say nobody is sure Newton, Tesla or Elon had autism. All of those diagnoses are making theories from bits and pieces of the men in question's documented behavior. So try not to throw theories around as scientific facts.
I'm sure you know this character very well, I'd love to report you for some of your RP stories sometime. But as your peer I don't think you require a report just yet. You seem fairly new and probably a bit confused as to how things work. As for the downvotes from everyone, it's quite simple. (Hypothetically I take a popular character, say Twilight Sparkle from MLP. I claim she has autism, I present no solid facts, just pure speculation based on how she's behaved in the series. I'd expect downvotes, because nowhere does the writers state TS has any mental condition. I'd be considered akin to a liar and an RPer, twisting truth for his own desire. End hypothetical.) Nobody here is downing someone with actual, licensed doctor diagnosed mental disorders. This is about you trying to brand a character as something you cannot prove. Now is your lust to label something to fit your desires any less shallow and cruel than anything I have done to curtail these brash and outlandish accusations?
Nobody said she was a bad character, mean, or unattractive. I have no idea where you pulled that from.
In summation, as a fellow user here I'm requesting that you stop these trains of thought about random characters.
coyotebear
PrivilegedAs stated above by Kyubii, sharing headcanon on characters you are unfamiliar with is frowned upon.
You may be getting more heat than normal in this instance, as you are basically stating (albeit unintentionally) the artist is 'severely autistic', as this character, Vera, is also commonly known simply as Iskra.)

All my characters are based on real people, did you know?
