The dick doesn't even look like it's moving because of the way that the liquids are on it, they're motionless, as if it's a stationary pole. :/

I saw this as well, however it's not because of the liquids but rather how fast it's going mixed with the high resolution of this gif, if you were to zoom in on the action, causing the frame rate to drop, you'll see that his dick does in fact move upward into her with his thrusting hips.
