If you didbt notice the gunis turned to wards the tree and makes the mag look like it's not in properly and it's an ak47

It looks more like an AN style rifle, similar to an AK but not 100%, the magazine is cantered to one side in order to feed properly due to the cartridge

An assault rifle is a selective fire, magazine-fed rifle with a detachable magazine and chambered for an intermediate cartridge.
