If you really paint how can't you tell that this is obviously digital art?! Just look at the edge of the "brush strokes", the way the pattern of minor imperfections is just too consistent and perfect! Clearly this was produced with some vector effect or custom brush.
Also in FA it's in the "Artwork (Digital)" category.
