I don't understand why people support this paywall madness. Giving money through these patreon things is like saying "That's nice, I would love more content to be paywalled!"

while i agree, you should also consider the artists' perspective, they need to make money to eat and pay rent and whatnot.

You can run a Patreon and not paywall. Just run raffles, commissions per month, WIPs or whatever.

Agreed. If you are relying entirely on some flippant online donation site to fund your life so you don't have to work hard in warehouses and factories like the rest of us normal people making at least $200 a week, you need a serious reality check. Too many people like Zaush and Animiopron abuse and milk their fanbase for all they're worth and make thousands just for sitting on their ass not doing anything.
