Yup. I love Scappo's art, but it's too much of a bitch to get a daki without being rich. Now this Patreon frenzy makes it even worse.

While I'm not 100% sure about this, I'm pretty sure that having copyrighted characters under a Patreon support without authorization is pretty much against the law since technically, people are buying "merchandise" with pledges, unlike commissioning people for copyrighted stuff, which is technically buying a service and not merchandise, but eh. Money is money, they gotta make that no matter what it takes

I don't know why, but this reminds me of a fragrance advert.

It's original artwork and can easily be seen as a parody. Therefor it's probably protected under most countries' fair-use laws.

You should revise the definition of what a parody is, because this pillow material picture isn't mocking something that happened with a Lucario on the anime

It's just blatantly selling merchandise of someone else's property. Also, why would I need a pillow with that on it? A fleshlight is a lot easier to hide.

Pretty sure most people that get them aren't worried about trying to hide anything (live alone, etc.) And you can use a FL with it I suppose *shrug* Mostly I think its just to have a cheaper/simpler alternative to a life size plush for cuddling.

I don't care about copyrights, watermarks, or what have you. This artwork is awesome.
