Both of 'em have breasts. Either the top one's a really poorly-drawn herm (why is the penis, if it is, floating like three inches below the bottom of the crotch?), or they're both female and the mysterious worm-thing is the only thing doing any penetration, or they're both herms (I do see that triangular bit that looks like a glans poking from between the grey one's thighs)...

But whatever way you look at it, there's no male in this picture if you're paying any attention.

Eh... Taking a second look, I think that the top one's a female using the world's most weirdly-attached strap-on, and the bottom's a herm. Given that the top one's 'penis' appears to have a rabbit-ear-style clit stimulator. I still don't know what the hell's up with that tentacle-worm-thing, though.
