VP9 version of the original video, exported with ffdec and then transcoded with:

ffmpeg -y -i /tmp/movies/149.flv -c:v libvpx-vp9 -b:v 5M -crf 4 out.webm

This version lacks the watermark in the upper right. As noted by @mario69 using maximum bitrate for a 3947 Kbps vp6f was overkill, this should be a bit easier to decode on weaker hardware.
