Just a wild guess, but could it be because of VP9 used? It's the newer and bit improved format, but has less compatibility than VP8 has. Android devices requires at least version 4.4 for example.

Because other than that and tiny lag in loop, I don't see any problem with the file itself and quality is actually quite superb. There seems to be lower quality mp4 version on source for you who are unable to see this one directly.

I'm not sure why this is here. It is paid content. He hasn't released this to the public yet.

EDIT: Oh, derp. I guess he did release this loop. Thought it was ripped from the flash by somebody.
