Some details I've noticed!

-The badges first start picking up extra details lower down, but Giovanni's does have that scarlet R there.
-Bugsy's Scyther has swords, because Swords Dance All Day.
-The starbursts on the Storm Badge are the move animation for Dynamicpunch, the signature move for the gym.
-Jasmine's Steelix has a Metal Coat!

Aside from Generation II, Wattson's badge (Magneton) is the only one that has a Pokémon from a different generation than its Gym Leader.

It should be Manectric, IMO.
