High exposure to Uric acid might give you a rash, but nothing of the "skin-melting" variety. And most sensible people would probably stop at the first sign of irritation.

Whether or not being peed on makes you "sensible" is another matter.

But yeah, this cartoon is making a comment on furry, not the fetishes... and not so much furrIES, either.
