Took me a while, but I finally found my three favorites. Anyway, while searching, I noticed a few little things.
Psyduck is taking the picture, which is a reference to something from the show... I think it was one of the ending sequences from the first season.

Zangoose and Seviper are trying to kill eachother, while other pokemon are trying to hold them back.

Magikarp and Feebas are bouncing in Wailmer's spout.

Zorua and Zoroark are coming to join the party.

Meowth and Pikachu are scowling at eachother.

Instead of hanging with the other legendaries, Shaymin is listening to Vulpix and Evee chatting.

Hitmonchan seems to be angry at Rotom(?) for some reason, and is being held back by Gallade.

The group of Unown on the right hand side are an annagram for 'Welcome'.

Two Unown spell out DS.

The Regi's are the only pokemon actually posing for the picture.

Electrode, who is always portrayed with a huge grin, seems displeased for some reason.

Lopunny seems to be attracted to Lucario.

Exploud is being attacked by Psychics.

Totadile is about to chomp on a Burmy.

Everyone is trying to get away from Koffing.

Ursaring is trying to steal Deliberd's bag.

And this isn't including all the various groupings.

also, I remember this from an episode... can't remember what gen. I think it was a Lopunny attracted to a Lucario, but I may be wrong-- I haven't watched it since it started to go downhill.

WELL, considering Lucario and Lopunny are 4th gen, I'd have to say a 4th gen episode. Also, the difference between God and Jesus is the Juses was sent by God to sacrifice himself for sinners. God, under the name God, did not die. Jesus did. But in a sense yes, as of the Holy Trinity and whatnot.
