Odd that the full res version the commissioner received is still a lossy JPG and not a PNG. It's still significantly sharper at a glance, but I can't help but feel disappointed that the best available version has compression artifacts.

it's a JPG, but seems to be saved in 100/100 quality (at least when you try to re-export it to JPG in GIMP), and that's why it's 5.6MB.
i can't see any artifacts. the whole picture has a certain grain, but it seems to be intentional.
