No, this one is of higher quality. The other one was blurred and doesn't have the artist signature. Look closely at the bit of white near the center of the black tail and at the fine details of the background texture. The white is brighter here (blurring dulls it).

All these 'new' Adam Wan pictures are all slightly different from their old versions. Some are better and some aren't, but none of them have been exactly the same.
