Maybe she has butt-centric fat deposits. Maybe she's just a breast cancer survivor. Maybe it doesn't even matter because calling someone's body unhealthy when they just don't have tits is a bit off.

She's obviously got breasts, they just didn't grow in adolescence. I've known women who're just as flat as a board.
