How the animators did it, (some how) she pulls her arms in her suit with the patty (not sure how) and eats it.

Right. This is a "sexy" depiction of a sequence from the show itself, a seventh season episode titled, Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy". The Texan squirrel orders a Krabby Patty and eats it at the Krusty Krab rather than in her treehouse dome. To do so, she unzips her diving suit, tucks the burger within it, zips it shut and then pulls in her arms so she can raise the sandwich to her mouth. Of course, in the show, her suit is quite bulky, giving her the room to place the burger within it and retrieve her arms from the suit's sleeves.

The inspiration for this "saucy" version came from the close-up of her tucking in the sandwich. The viewers get a rather tight view of her bustline! Obviously, as presented in this piece, poor ol' Sandy would have quite the challenge trying to slip the burger inside the now extremely form fitting diving gear! Maybe that's why she looks so perplexed. ;-) "Gee willickers! It was so much easier in the show!"

The episode get even more bizarre. (Like that's a shocker.) Sandy returns home and decides she needs to shower. She removes her entire pelt like it's a fur coat, leaving a hole for the mouth and eyes. She is depicted having pink skin with a few random hairs scattered across her body and now rat-like tail. No, we don't see "the goods". She still has her bra and frilly bikini panties, yeah, even in the shower.

During all this, Plankton was hiding within the Krabby Patty Sandy ordered, but escaped before he was swallowed, fainting from fright within her helmet (out of her line of sight). He revives while Sandy's bathing and he gets the idea to steal her pelt as disguise, hoping to worm the Krabby Patty formula from SpongeBob. There's an extended scene of Plankton piloting the pelt like a mecha, the pelt hanging loose and lacking eyes like a "husk". SpongeBob, of course, is oblivious to the insanely obvious ruse.

Meanwhile, Sandy emerges from her bath only to realize her pelt is missing. She uses a coffee urn as a makeshift helmet and ventures outside to track down her fur. Though she is still wearing her bikini ensemble, the denizens of Bikini Bottom react as though she's totally nude and the creators even employed some of the comical censorship gags (seaweed patches, fence rails, etc.) to hide her bustline and/or pelvic region even though there's no actual need to do so.

Sandy finally reaches the Krusty Krab and Plankton is "outed". But when the police arive, Sandy is gers slapped with the cuffs for public nudity, the end.

    Sincerely,

    Bill

Bruh... We didn't need a play by play of the episode. The question, I'm sure, was rhetorical 🤦
