- [DELETION] takedown #4402: Artist requested removal - NotMeNotYou -
Description
Didn't intend this size to be publicly available, but I guess e621 didn't give a shit about my takedown request. What the fuck ever, gonna consider whiping my entire gallery from e621 if they can't even uphold a simple request for keeping the bigger resolutions personal considering I paid 3 digits for this picture.

BlockedWow, I ask e621 to please remove the bigger resolution since I never intended for it to be publicly available, and they decide to remove the intended resolution and keep this one?
Well fuck you too, e621.

JanitorYou asked for post #869751 to be removed, which was the fully clothed version. Your takedown request was respected and the post in question was deleted. This is the nude version, and you are welcome to file a separate takedown request for this one.

BlockedWait a minute no. If that's the case, why is the smaller resolution gone too? I know I posted all 3 of them myself in the intended resolution; nude, topless, and clothed!
Now all I see is nude(unintentionally big resolution), topless(normal res), and clothed(normal res). Why, if I may ask, did the smaller nude version get deleted without my requesting it be removed? :\

Janitore621 allows older uploads to be deleted if a new one is found of better resolution/image quality. This only applies for images which are freely available on galleries, and it's generally a safe bet to upload a better version of an image if the inferior version already exists here, then mark the older one for deletion to avoid duplicates.
I uploaded the higher resolution versions of the clothed and the nude version. The smaller, fully clothed one was reinstated after the larger resolution version was deleted, as per your takedown request.
Deletion isn't permanent, to note; it's hiding the image and post, and given valid reason, an admin will reinstate it and remove its impact on your daily posting limit. This means that the version you posted will be undeleted if you create a valid takedown request for this image. As the character owner, you are permitted to file a takedown for any images containing them, even if that image contains other characters with other owners, and it will be hidden.
If you don't do so already, I recommend speaking with artists you commission and settling on a size you wish to be publicly shared, and a size only you and the artist possess. This can save you some heartache in the future. I hope that was helpful, and I hope to see more work featuring this nice-looking character on e621 in the future.
