There kinda is, if you go to source twitter link, artist has cropped and lower frame rate gif version. However if you try to rip it, you'll notice even twitter converts all gifs into videos these days.

Before reading further, this isn't personal attack to anyone, mainly my thoughs about this:

I could easily also make this into gif and upload here, but I just don't personally see the point to it. It would lose massive amount of color detail and then it would either be 14 MB file with incorrect frame times or cropped, scaled version with lower frame rate. And all the things I use to access e6 already supports this, even youtube uses this format. My Nintendo Wii sadly doesn't support this, but gladly I haven't gotten into situation where it's the only device with internet access thus far.
If thing doesn't have much details/colors or if it was gif originally, then yeah, sure, but I dislike to shove stuff into container where it clearly doesn't fit. Like JPG compressing an PNG file, just feels super wrong!

IN ANY WAY for those want to download ugoiras themselves as gifs, http://ugoira.dataprocessingclub.org/ is really good automatic tool for that and works really great 95% of the time. Because other loops in this serie is also posted as gif, I'll upload the gif version as well.
