I think this calls for an xray_vision tag, since xray and x-ray have been aliased to internal; and x_ray seems to serve a similar purpose.

its more a t-ray vision, x-ray would go though half the body as well as clothing.

see-through thingamabob, although it could be a thingamajig they're pretty hard to tell apart. But I'd be surprised if it's really a doohickey or gizmo.
