Why are you worried about that when the male is able to maintain an erection in zero gravity? Also not to mention that he needs to cancel out the female's momentum with every thrust. In addition, neither of them are wearing seat belts. So if the male loses his grip, the female will collide with the plethora of controls in front of her, compromising their heading.

i'm pretty sure erections work in zero-g... since they work under water, which not only is very similar to zero-g (reduced effect of gravity) but provides a positive outside pressure against any swollen parts.

wieners don't work like a water balloon... erections aren't simply blood falling into a sack thanks to gravity. there's active constriction of veins paired with arterial dilation to facilitate a boner.

I'm pretty sure it's mostly a cardiovascular issue with how the heart is structured, blood flow does rely on gravity somewhat. Plus the heart is designed to pump directly upward in resistance to gravity, but without that resistance there can be issues. Although if they are long term space farers, then there are other issues with sex (reduced muscle mass, fatigue is amplified due to the lack of regular extraneous exercises, etc) outside of just blood flow alone.

And I'm actually enjoyable at parties, people like to include me in them. Just because I can go into discussion about the complexities of sex in a zero-G environment doesn't mean I'm socially incompetent nor unlike able.
